Her philosophy is beautifully simple: "Everything is connected to what we eat." Through her own experience with mental health and wellness, Sarah discovered the profound connection between clean eating and overall wellbeing.
After moving from New Zealand to Melbourne in 2013, Sarah found her calling when she purchased Organic Fix in 2021.
