An Invitation to sit at 'The Creative Table'
Give yourself permission to step into a Thursday or Friday afternoon that's entirely yours, for creativity and connection.
The Creative Table is an afternoon to exhale, soften your shoulders, and let someone else hold space for you for a change. These afternoons are designed to gently settle your nervous system, so you can feel held, grounded, and more like yourself again.
If you need to reset, been you're missing your flow state, feeling a little stuck, overwhelmed, or you simply can't remember the last time you did something just for the joy of it, this is for you.
The Creative Table is where six women gather to step into a creative portal, a place to awaken your inner artist and let go of self-judgment and inhibition.
We discuss interesting stuff such as well-being, feminine wisdom, books, food, music, mystic traditions, AI, Reciprocity, quantum - there no topics are off the table - (maybe except politics - I find it dull).
We begin each session with intention-setting and grounding meditation. From there, art becomes the vehicle - a way to quiet the noise, open your mind, and let inspiration move through.
Together, we process the week, let go of what no longer serves us, and create space for new insights and possibilities. It’s a gentle exhale before the weekend, where creativity, play, and reciprocity weave together in a nurturing environment.
Set in my beautiful Balwyn North home, surrounded by artworks and creative energy, I’ll guide you, hold space, and help you trust what wants to emerge. There's plenty of inspiration around the space if you'd like a creative spark to begin.
This is where transformation happens - liberation, healing, and connection through creative expression.
