I understand how consuming life gets, between kids, partners, washing, groceries, mum taxi before you've even started your 9-5. You are holding mental, emotional and physical space for everyone because that is what we do. The years keep flying past and somewhere in all of that, you need someone to hold space for you.
If you need to reset, been you're missing your flow state, feeling a little stuck, overwhelmed, or you simply can't remember the last time you did something just for the joy of it, this is for you.
If you are missing your flow state, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, this is a nurturing space to express freely, and open to creative energy.
The Creative Table is where six women gather to step into a creative portal, a place to awaken your inner artist and let go of self-judgment and inhibition.
We begin each session with intention-setting and grounding meditation. From there, art becomes the vehicle - a way to quiet the noise, open your mind, and let inspiration move through.
Together, we process the week, let go of what no longer serves us, and create space for new insights and possibilities. It’s a gentle exhale before the weekend, where creativity, play, and reciprocity weave together in a nurturing environment.
Set in my beautiful Balwyn North home, surrounded by artworks and creative energy, I’ll guide you, hold space, and help you trust what wants to emerge. There's plenty of inspiration around the space if you'd like a creative spark to begin.
This is where transformation happens - liberation, healing, and connection through creative expression.
